Delivery

We are proud to say that our deliveries are all carried out by our own dedicated team in our own fleet of vans.  All of our drivers are used to handling birds and small animals, should the need occur. Our vans have all been purpose fitted to carry small animals and birds around the country.  The vans are all temperature controlled, with electric fans and with an anti-slip moulded floor. A generous supply of food and water means the birds and animals have a comfortable journey.  All vans are insured and licensed by DEFRA to deliver small animals/birds.

Delivery will be charged at £25.00 for Trade customers and £50.00 for Retail customers for all orders less than £1,000.00 net. All orders over £1000.00 net will be delivered free of charge. Collection from our premises is welcome.

Areas covered –  We deliver nationwide from Cornwall to the north of Scotland using our own experienced drivers, for the more isolated areas including the country’s extremities we may instead use our courier Walkers European Express.  For further details please call.
